Oh, since flatbeds are included, I'll throw out a few pics of Brutus, my trusty old ramp truck! Brutus is slated for some simluators and a new coat of paint in the spring. Its been good to me over the years, so I'm gonna love it up with a

Also, here's a pic of all my duallys. This was before I got the bed on the '67 C-30.

Re: Kick a$$ flatbeds, or duallies?

Bought brand new here in Spokane around 1968 (we think) by my store's owner (who just turned 90!). 70,000 original miles on the 327. We recently put new paint on the cab and a new van body (box) on the back. This summer we might dress up the motor for fun and show. Maybe a tunnel ram w/dual carbs??? How cool would that be? Oh yeah, aluminum wheels and more graphics.

Re: Kick a$$ flatbeds, or duallies?

So what did I find in my yard? A dually rear that came out of a 72 RV with 7200 original miles, and it sure measures out that it could fit under a fleet side. Is there a special frame for this or could it fit under a stock C/20 4 x 4 long bed frame? It "seems" like it would fit, any experience in this? Thanks!

Re: Kick a$$ flatbeds, or duallies?

Cab/chassis narrow rear axle with wider wheel tubs maybe to tuck the rear tires under there?

,

How does it look today? I would like to have a 1 ton 4x4 of that year. A friend of mine has a 1987 1 ton single wheel 4x4 with a 454/auto regular cab, its black also. It is super nice and only has 16K original miles on it. They bought it new and never used it. I have tried to buy it for years, but no luck!!!

I'm thinking of adding on to the shop. Another 24x42 extension might get more things inside!
