Can't seem to find your crank casting no on either the mortec or nastyz28 sites. Two other casting numbers with 383XXXX are 265's and 283 50's and 60's vintage.

Casting numbers are sometimes not clear. The -442 crank is 3932442.

Thank you ?Gentlemen?. It seems to be the orig/stock crank for my engine('71 LT1).

The cylinders are still stock size w/ very little taper and not out of round, but I found a deep score on the last cylinder I honed this afternoon. Looks like I will need to bore @30. To bad

Thanks again.
