Will a 65 cab fit a 60-62 X frame ?

It take's work. You have to cut and fab' new mount's. In the end yes.

No fab work required. You will just have to drill a new hole for the front cab mounts on each side. If you want to get detailed, you will want to move the recessed cup also.
