Re: Maine CL find....What is this?!

Now, I don't know 'bout that... I kinda like the truck. I'd never do it to mine but since that one is already custom modded out I wouldn't be opposed to owning it -if I had the money that is.

I wonder if the fuel tank has been moved.

Re: Maine CL find....What is this?!

Too bad it didn't just have a short bed put on it when done, I think that would have looked more proportionate. For the price, that's a lot of truck, just not everybody's taste, but still a lot of truck.

Re: Maine CL find....What is this?!

i think i like it, have seen several ext. cabs that were ugly, but it looks like a good job was done on that one, and you could scoot the seat back for long legs and full figures....

I don't mind it but the interior needs "recustomized" IMHO...

Re: Maine CL find....What is this?!

Yeah I had a 75 Cutlass that had seats just like that as well.

I really like the looks of the seats and console just not so much the color or door panels.

Re: Maine CL find....What is this?!

That cab definitely took a lot of work.

I like the look overall. The only thing I don't like is the paint on the outer grill.

It's hard to tell for sure from the pics, but it looks like it was done well. With the amount of custom work that went into it, it's probably worth the asking price to the right buyer.

Re: Maine CL find....What is this?!

How would one do something like that, would you have a donor suburban or blazer for that ext cab piece? I will admit the swivel buckets are cool looking, and the old console; but I can't seem to dig that cab graft!

I wonder if the side windows are fixed or are they hinged from the top. Almost looks like it pops out.

Re: Maine CL find....What is this?!

My 73 Monte Carlo had the swivels,I kept them thinking I would put them in my 72 GMC,but they are going in my 69 Olds.As far as I know,1977 was the last year of the swivels in GM cars.
