No. But there are 73-87 3" 1-ton spindles that are a bolt in swap. Bell Tech or Western Chassis.....

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.

Re: 1 ton, dropped spindles for 72

Excellent news. Just installed a 79 complete front suspension crossmember under my 68 C30 yesterday and got rid of the old drum brakes. I will be getting me some of them drop spindles.

You'll need to get the correct BJ's for the model year spindle (73-87 in this case) just like 1/2 tons.

Re: 1 ton, dropped spindles for 72

I should prob add this too just in case.... The spindles will swap over, but swapping will require the 73-87 supporting hardware as well (rotors, bearings, calipers, hoses, tie-rods etc).

Please check back in when you get the swap done.
So many of these threads never have an end to them.
The OP gets his/her answer and then we never hear from them again.
We're all trying to learn here.

C20/C30 use the same spindle; just different hubs. I have a CC dually (C30). That's the p/n for the spindle I used.
