79 K20 to 83 drive train swap ?

I have engine problem in the 83 with 3spd . Apparently a terrible harmonic problem . Balancer seal was loosing a lot of oil . terrible wobble so I changed seal and replaced balancer . In 20 miles yesterday the same problem again . Oil pressure is also showing a problem . I don't use this truck much . Mainly for a snow plow and it is the back up for a 16ft stock trailer . Love the 3spd for that . hate it for the snow plow .

Bedside the obvious steering column linkage issue , can I take the TH400 , cast np203 and rear driveshaft from my old 79 and put it in the 83 ? Not sure what axle ratios each one has . The 83 is not worth putting much into and I don't need a show truck so I am thinking cheap and quick to get back on the road when needed . I should also know better than that right ?

Thank you
