1972 C10 Wipers (motor) aren't working right?!

I have a 1972 C10 that had a wiper motor go out recently did all the test and nothing. So I replaced the wiper motor and switch all at the same time while I was under the dash. So now I still have one speed when switch is in either hi or low. It was like this right before motor went out also. I checked all my wires, fuse, grounds, I even grounded the switch and motor with alligator clips to see if that would help and nothing! And when I put everything back together now my wipers hit the cowl! I set everything up just like I took it off. Aligned the arm on the motor. Everything looks good when in the park position and wipers line up fine. Except once powered on. Help please! I've tried everything!

Thanks
