PB control arms caster

Using PB 1 inch forward upper and lowers arms not narrowed on 68 c10. How much caster are people gaining with these arms?

I took it in to get aligned and caster is 14.7 for the left and 13.7 for the right. To me that just seem like to much. Have tried adjusting with the shims but caster angle does not move much. The upper arms are installed correctly. I have also emailed PB to find out how much caster is gained with these arms but no response yet.

Re: PB control arms caster

Wow, that seems like a LOT. I've seen others around 7° with forward lowers only. Something is definitely not right. Certain they are installed on the correct sides?

Re: PB control arms caster

I think the they are installed correctly. Short arm on the upper is towards the front.

Re: PB control arms caster

Yeah, turning them the other way would make it worse. What's PB say?

Re: PB control arms caster

No response from PB yet. I have access to an alignment rack I just might have play around with it. I think if take some of the front shims out I will decrease the caster a bit not sure if I can get 7 degrees. Any body have any pics of the arms with shims for reference? Or better yet some copies of alignment sheets.

Re: PB control arms caster

I have not yet. I have been emailing Nate, but correspondence is slow. He thinks they might be the wrong uppers, gave him measurements a few days ago so will see what he says.

Re: PB control arms caster

GRRRRR!! Just heard back from Nate. They are the incorrect uppers. At least they are shipping out new ones right away. Its just frustrating now I have to repaint, reinstall and realign. Starting to think less and less of PB.
