fixing a flat spot

no clue how to fix this flat section back to the original shape. Cant find any helpful info on this particular problem. The circled part is flat and the other pic is the original shape

Try hammer from back with dolly on the other side, or try a stud gun and slide hammer. Stud gun is best if you can't get a clear shot at the back. If you don't have one you might be able to rent one.
