WTB Screws and sleeve (I believe)

Both of my doors have a hole under the vent window. I've been told it takes a sleeve and screw. I can't find these anywhere. Does ANYONE have a set of these they would sell me???

What year of doors? 72 are a one year only door with a screw and metal sleeve but my original 70 has a screw with a plastic insert.

Payment received. Will PM tracking info. I also found a couple J nuts to include. This is what the screw fastens to on the other side. Yours may or may not be missing inside the door.
