More bling for the CC

I have been looking at the front of my Silverado thinking it needs something. I decided the factory tow hooks just didn't look right being black and everything else was chrome. I happen to have a spare set laying around and sent them off to be chrome plated.

Here's the results-

Looks good man. Is chrome plating cost you an arm and a leg out there 2?

It has gone up quit a bit due to all the EPA regulations. The shop I use insists on every piece going out the door being show quality. These cost 90.00 for the set.

Re: More bling for the CC

The guy does awesome work, but you pay the price. I told him not to polish the entire hook because you can't see the base of it. He polished it anyway because he won't send anything out that's not slick.

He does all the work for my buddy that builds cut away models for oil field supply companies...
