Help me with this alternator

Trying to figure out if it has a internal regulator. Is there a way to tell just by looking at it? Heres the numbers on it.

Don't have one but it has two wires with a white plug, goes into the top rear of the alternator. I can get a pic tomorrow.

The spades in the alternator are side by side edge to edge like --.
