1 Ton Front Fender Emblems

What are you guys using for your 1 ton 4x4 front fender emblems

Everyone keeps asking why my "custom 10" has a dana 60

i should have put them on when I did the build since they would have been super easy to change, hopefully I can reach them from the underside without removing the fenders

You could use the Custom/20 emblems.

Re: 1 Ton Front Fender Emblems

Why not put a pair of Custom/30s on? I had a Custom Deluxe that I did that with. I found a pair of Cheyenne/30s. Those are the hard ones. The hardest are GMC Sierra Grande 3500s. That's what I'm on the lookout for now

Re: 1 Ton Front Fender Emblems

Yup, would definatley go with some 30's. Where is a good place to get these, I didn't see them on the Brothers site

Most of these emblems have speed nuts on the back correct? I reached in there yesterday and there are no nuts on the back side. Might be kind of hard to get these off.

Re: 1 Ton Front Fender Emblems

Custom/30s aren't reproduced. Most 1 tons were Custom/30s so there should be plenty around. Check pic-a-parts and the parts section here. They are fastened with speed nuts. Yours may be glued on. People can be lazy like that.

Re: 1 Ton Front Fender Emblems

I have an ugly pair you can have. They were off a 69 that was owned by a fire dept. I think one had been drilled through the face and was held on by rivets. I can post pics if you want. Not sure how you could put the studs back on as they are pot metal. Can you weld that stuff? Let me know if you want pics.
