Porterbuilt extreme with factory inner wheel wells

I was wondering if it is possible to lay frame with 26" tall tires (205/70R15) and factory inner fender wells. I have not decided whether the truck will ever get large wheels, but if I need aftermarket inner fender wells and hood hinges to fit my 26" tall tires, the decision whether to buy those items will be made for me.

thanks!

Re: Porterbuilt extreme with factory inner wheel wells

On my brothers 74 it hit the inner fenders with a similar sized tire on just tubular control arms and drop spindles.

Brent-

The decision has been made for you....

You will not be able to run the factory inners and set the frame on the ground. New inners and a set of hood hinges will be in your future. If you are looking for those items.... I know a guy!
