Front spindles and drums

I am looking at using the wheels off an 04 Sierra on the 63 C10 but the wheel won't fit on the front hub and drum. Any ideas/info about alternate hubs?

Re: Front spindles and drums

I think all those late model wheels have a ton of backspace/offset and look really stupid without spacers, IIRC. Most everyone runs the 6 lug 15x8 rally wheels that came on 70's-80's 4x4 trucks or a new version of the same thing. I think they look vastly better than the later wheels anyway, but if you want to use the later ones make sure that works out.

Re: Front spindles and drums

I don't know if the stock front hubs can be safely machined far enough to work with the later model wheels. I believe the wheels must be machined to accommodate the hubs.
