New Pups
Last October we lost our beloved toy poodle Pebbles that we had for nine years. Well it has taken a few months but we have two new ones in our life. Meet Lollipop and Nutter Butter.

Re: New Pups
Enjoy your new pair of pups. My daughter has a male who is now maybe 13 years old. He's an Apricot(?) colored one. I looked at him back when he was a pup like yours and the name I gave him stuck... Cubby. He's a great dog and been through a lot with my daughter. She takes tip-top care of him and when he comes to stay with me it's a dog's world where they become hillybilly pedigree. Crawl up under trucks and get oil on them or out digging away making their face all brown and dirty. It probably bothers her to see how filthy he gets, but she knows he had a ball... and that's what matters most.

Re: New Pups
Nutter has really lightened up in color and Lolli's coloring is coming more pronounced. They are a handful but are doing great.

Re: New Pups
Love the names! I named my girls Oreo and Nabisco. Oreo looks like an oreo milkshake and nabisco is a yellow lab/shep mix, she was the color of a nilla whafer when she was a pup.

Re: New Pups
My mom loved poodles and we always had a poodle or two in the house. My mom also always loved german shepards. So our poodle(s) always had a german shepard companion. And yes, the poodles ruled the roost.

Re: New Pups
Really cute pups. My parents had poodles and cockapoos for years. We had to put down our rescue Brittany last December, had her for 11 years. Got this new pup in January. She and the Dachshund love to ride in the old truck.

Re: New Pups
Losing one is very tuff. Even with these new pups, we find ourselves still thinking about Pebbles and I have caught myself calling them her name. Had a Springer Spaniel years ago. Good dogs.
