Young guys may not understand patience or compassion like someone who's older. But, in the same spirit, someones who's older should understand effective communication.

If you can't ship an item that's been paid for in a timely manner (especially when it includes shipping), let the buyer know ASAP. Do not leave them wondering.

yes times are tight but that nor patience has nothing to do with it when you buy something and pay for shipping there is absolutely no excuses to why it has not been shipped out, you don't rob peter to pay paul!
