trans case question

well i tore down my TH350 today, in the back section where the (output planet assembly) main piston sets my case is eroded/pitted where the bottom O ring seals not allowing the o ring to seal and it wore a chuck out of old o ring. is it possible to fill the erosion/pitting or do i need to get a another case.

do tranny supply shops sell new cases or should i find a old core at a junk yard?
