Engine pulleys alignment

I am putting together my collected parts and it seems like the pulleys are not lining up. I think I have some room to shim them, but is there a better way? Should I just get a different crank / harmonic balancer pulley that has its grooves in-line with the alternator and power steering pump? Or shim the pump and alt to fit?
