97 Silverado 2wd rearend question (video).

Pulled the rear differential cover today due to a howl or growl noise. All looked good except a little tension spring. Not sure what it should be like. Please take a look at the video and let me know how it should be. Much appreciated...

After some research, I now know this is the g80 locker. I also found out how that spring should be. In the attached pic I circled it in yellow. Is this spring available? I've only seen it in the complete governor kit. Also, can the bolt or retainer I drew a red arrow to be removed with h the differential in the housing?
