Quadrajet carb

I need a quadrajet carb, either in rebuildable condition or ready to mount and run, with the 12v choke setup in a real bad way. I know they are getting real hard to find but if anybody has a spare they would be willing to part with let me know. If not, hopefully, someone can put me on the tail of one. Thanks for any help. 650cfm would be great.

Dennis, I need it for a GM 305 motor. Do not want the computer control version as I have removed most of that. Need the older style if possible. Yes, let me know if you have something. Thanks. Veryl

In the future I would have an interest in a Quad.

Hope this helps my friend Oldwagon get a carb.

Re: Quadrajet carb

Just wasted half hour trying. Here we go agin. Thanks for your help though. Just so you know, this disassembly was done in a dirty environment,as it has to come apart again.Don't want you to think that I would build a carb around those conditions

Re: Quadrajet carb

I understand the condition(s). What might you be asking for it as is or after a rebuild?

$125.00 plus ship as is.I am running up to 3 weeks behind right now,so don't want to take on more work.If I did build it would be $350.00-$400.00 plus ship.I check the carb top for warp & usually need to file it flat. The welch plugs in the bottom of the carb body, always need to be epoxied, then filed to fit back in the recess of the carb base plate and besides a new kit I install brass floats.

Re: Quadrajet carb

Here are photos of the Q-jet carb. the number is 17059222.
There is negligible wear on the throttle shaft. The metering rods go down & spring back. It has the heated type choke coil but an electric coil fits in it.
$50 shipped.
