Love me some Rat motor. I wish my motor would idle at 700 RPM like yours.

Thank you for making that cool video.

Re: Let's Hear your truck

Nothing fancy about mine. This was a cold start video I recorded shortly after my mechanic rebuilt the engine. Pretty much as close to original as the only "upgrade" I had at the time was the HEI. Since then, I have upgraded to an alternator, but otherwise it is still pretty basic.

Re: Let's Hear your truck

thanks guys... i love my trucks!

the mufflers are flowmasters but they arent the loud ones some maybe a series 50. I like that it can be civil on the hwy but when crusin its time to open the exhaust up.

the wheels are US Mags ramblers 20x8 and 20x9.5 both have 1mm offset. im running a 1.5 spacer on the rear since the 69 rearend is 3" overall narrower. tires are BFG 245.45.20 front and 275.40.20 rears...

yes sir it never passes a gas station without stopping.

will

Re: Let's Hear your truck

Here’s mine 2 owners before I bought it. I only know it was a 4 bolt main 350 crate motor with a Performer ePs intake, 600 CFM carb and 482624 heads(3 different valve sizes were available).
