1969 12 bolt

Is a 1969 c10 and 1967 c10 12 bolt rear end the same?

Yes, make sure you look at mounts, coil vs leaf!!

Yes as long as they are both coil spring or both leaf spring rears. Both coil and leaf rears were available. Coil came stock stock on chevies but leafs were an option. The rears changed halfway through 1970 and the difference is axle length. They will all interchange though.

Ok, thanks. Both are coil. Guy want 350 for it. Thinks it has 373 gear. Comes with brakes and all.

Yes, they officially went to the wider rear end in 71 although some 70's had the wider rear. 63 thru 70 were 55-1/2" wide housings with 30-1/2" axles. The 71 on had 57" wide housings with 31-5/16" axles...

71/72 have 5 lugs also!
