Part ID Help

There are two what look like relays on my 71 GMC K15 firewall that have never been hooked up to anything, I was wondering what they are and what they were used for?

Trust me you will never use that smog part take it off and forget you ever ran across it Trust me It will do you no good to try and hook it up. It was an Idea that GM tried for 2 years found out it sucked balls anit spark control or some stupid IDEA that the EPA came up with
