julianos seat belt install

has any one used the 3 point belt setup from Julianos for a bench seat?
Their instructions don't show where the end of the belt opposite the retractor mounts. Also, the mounting point on the retractor is plastic. seems like if we are involved in a crash, that point could break off and pull out.
Any thoughts? Thanks

thanks, but that doesn't help. his pictures are the same one on Julianos site & none of them show where to anchor the end of the belt.
also, doesn't address the plastic mounting of the reel.

miricalepieco: thanks for the info. looks like the end of the belt bolts to the retractor mount thru the seat riser. I"ll try that. I guess the mount on the plastic case should be ok. if it wasn't there would be many law suits against Julianos.

Re: julianos seat belt install

just talked with Julianos. they clarified where the end of the belt mounts. that's good. they also said that the plastic is just a cover and there is a metal bracket inside. I'll have to look again but Im doubtfull

Re: julianos seat belt install

ok, I looked at the retractor again and they are right, im wrong. there is a plastic overlay on the metal mounting point. now on to figure out how I can mount the upper pivot point.
