Looking for rubber ring/thrust washer
Anyone know where I can find the rubber ring? Mine is malformed.

Hmm-I can find the thrust washer (GM Part 3902563) but I don't see that rubber ring in the exploded diagram like you have. Try this site and look at similar pictures where that thrust washer is used maybe it's called a bushing or seal:
http://www.gmpartswiki.com/w/3902563&book=111 Might be part number 3902564 (Bushing-Lever Housing). I think you might have to go to GM for that one-Not on LMC truck as far as I could tell.
