Dana 20

Any you boys with early Blazers still running the Dana 20? If so has it held up well for you?
I have a project in mind & have a spare 20 I would like to use. It would see 90% highway driving & no towing.
Thanks

Re: Dana 20

My 70 still has the original Dana 20. Other than small oil leaks, it works fine. It's still a gear driven transfer case that most manufacturers used in the day, I think GM used them until 77?. I was going to swap it out when I first got my Blazer because I (thought) I needed the 205. I don't wheel to much, and where I live is flat and the only place to four wheel is at the beach. So she's a 95% highway runner.
