trailing arm bushings
Has anyone had difficulty in replacing their trailing arm bushings? I've got the poly ones and they are HARD to get in. What's the easiest method?

I used a big C-CLAMP and some poly grease

Make sure the outer shell is nice and clean inside. A drill and a sanding drum might be required. You don't want any remnants of the old rubber bushings left in there to hinder installing the new ones. Then, grease and press like the guy above said.

Freeze the bushings. It will give you a tiny bit more space

Hey thanks everyone!! I have sanded them clean on the inside, but did'nt think about freezing them. Thats good idea, frozen and poly lubed, they should jump right in.
