Which brakes pads to use?

To start with if I'm in the wrong forum, please tell me. I have a 1966 4WD Suburban that has not been driven regularly since 2000:

Really hope to make it mobile this summer. Converted the Dana 44 to disk brakes years ago. Stopped better than drums but not as well as I hoped. Last year I bought all of the parts to redo the brakes including "Yellow Stuff" brake pads. Recently I found a pair of Wilwood D52 calipers and bought them. They came with Wilwood pads. Will be selling remanufactured stock calipers and one set of pads. Which ones should I keep the Wilwoods or the Yellow Stuff?
