Tire recommendations please, have 3 choices

These 3 choices came from the tire shop:
Kumho AT51, General Grabber AT2 and Hankook Dyanpro RF10
I have a stock Blazer, has some butt sag from 45 years of use. Thinking of going with a 31" tire on 8" rims.
Mainly a pavement pounder. I will take it hunting a little, so some mud but not a lot. Some snow too, but it probably won't go out a lot in the winter.

Re: Tire recommendations please, have 3 choices

How about road noise, I've heard some jeeps go by me on the highway and couldn't believe the driver could put up with it
Do manufacturers give any advice on how quiet they are
I've got 31 in. Interco trexus m/t on it now, but haven't driven it yet to find out how noisy they are. My main concern was snow

Looks like the grabber has the most aggressive tread, but it would be nice to know the tire compound. Good sipping too

Re: Tire recommendations please, have 3 choices

I havent run those particular hankook but I currently am running 3 other sets of their tires on vehicles. I like them all. My tire guy says they are a good brand.

Re: Tire recommendations please, have 3 choices

The General has 16/32 of tread and the Kumho hass 15/32 if that matters to you. We sell General and Kumho and IMO the General balances out better and has less road noise. I also think the General would push water and mud out of the sides better. I don't have any experience with the Hankook. They are all C load range (6ply) tires

I can't say from experience but I've heard good things about those Generals.

BFG AT KO2. theres a reason that tread pattern has been around forever, and they just redesigned them. triple peak snow rated, super long life, tough side wall, balance well, ride quiet. awesome awesome tire.
