Stuff worth saving?

First off this is absolutely not a for sale or a fishing expedition. Im just trying to establish if this stuff is worth putting away. 1967 and 1969 C10 clutch pedal assy and associated parts. I have no idea if these are year specific. Can they be used on all model years to go from auto to manual? Rare to see done I know. Is it the same on 4x4? Cross members?

I'm getting down to the bones of my 67 and 69 parts trucks, don't want to regret tossing something.

Re: Stuff worth saving?

I have saved almost everything which is still usable. These hard parts are no longer available so I say keep them!
When you are ready to, post up everything left over in a for sale ad.

Re: Stuff worth saving?

Does it have the Z bar with it? That's the part I see most often that people are looking for.

As for saving them, I guess it's a matter of how much storage space you have available. If you're not going to save them, I'd put them up on the for sale board and someone might want them.

I've had parts that I couldn't give away and had to send to the recycler because I didn't have room to store them (not Chevy truck parts). I hate doing that, but my space is limited, and I listed them locally for free for months before getting rid of them.

Re: Stuff worth saving?

Yes, worth saving for sure. I am now in the process of creating a space just to put old parts like that. Nothing fancy, just OEM hard parts and components that could be needed one day, not necessarily valuable money wise. I came up with a real simple cheap solution to gain 'under roof' dry storage out of the way but easy to get to if need be. I was fed up with stuff laying around, stuff not stored right, in the way at times. It will be outta sight/outta mind till needed.

Re: Stuff worth saving?

Everything I traded or left behind was worth saving. I lost a NOS fuel gauge to a girlfriend.

I wish I had my NOS part back Seriously.

Every piece is worth saving if you have free space.
