disk brake swap master cylinder question

Is the master cylinder reservoir in the front for the front brakes and the reservoir in the back for the rear brakes? Or is it now reversed after we swaped out the brakes.

One reservoir is considerably larger than the other.

So put another way is the large reservoir for the front and the smaler for the back?

thanks
