TH 350 No shifting, just a buzz???

I just changed the transfer case oil last night on my 72 K10 with a TH350.
No problems with the transmission prior, checked the fluid, plenty, backed the truck out of my garage and now it will not shift into any gear?
Needless to say I do not know much about the transmission. I did hear a sucking noise from the xfer case when I drained it, but it did back out of my garage. Please help me if you can. I checked linkage and it all looks good etc.
What/where else should I look?

I almost didn't type that, I've been acused of 'talking down' to people, or 'treating people like they are all stupid' with answers like that.
Glad you found it!
