AFM: Is it worth keeping?
I have 2015 2500HD 4x4, with the 6.0 Vortec. I keep hearing horror stories about the AFM doing more harm than good. Should I just get the deactivation chip, and call it a day? Is the fuel economy with AFM justify the risk of engine damage? Thanks.
Edit: I realized I put this in the wrong forum. Mods, please move. Last edited by WyattTX; 02-10-2019 at 08:13 PM. |

Re: AFM: Is it worth keeping?
AFM is only on 1500 trucks. Your 2500 with the L96 doesn’t have it.
