whats the best 4 inch all spring lift to run with 35's

I am looking for some info on what you guys think is the best all spring 4 inch lift to run on my swb 4x4. Its just confusing because some companies like rough country states that you can run 35's on s 4 inch lift on other companies say the biggest you can run on their 4 inch lift are 33's. any help or pics would be appreciated.

4" with 35s is marginal. The only concern is with the front. With stiffer springs (less flex/travel) you can do it. With softer springs (more flex/travel) you can rub the fenders if you aren't real careful. Running 8" wheels helps a lot. I've only run 10" and with Superlifts (20 years ago) I never rubbed, with Tuff Country EZ-Rides I did. Twenty years ago flex was not even a topic. All springs were stiff

i am probably going to run my factory 8 inch rall wheels or the 10 inch welds i have on now. I am leaning towards the 4 inch skyjacker springs. they are one of the stiffer spring rates but not as stiff as the rough country. i also heard bds makes a great spring. here is a truck with the 4 inch super lift 35s with rally wheels. i like it

thank you. i know it looks good..... but it not a great driver that way. just going down to 35 inch bfg the thing drives like a dream already.... i couldnt believe the huge difference from my toyo's to my bgf's. it will still look really good, just not as big. and it will be alot more usuable. it have been sitting in my garage for months and i rarely drive it. but its almost summer so hopefully she will come out of hiding.

Re: whats the best 4 inch all spring lift to run with 35's

Depends on what you want to do with your truck. I could make a procomp 6" all spring rub the fenders twisting it up with no trimming on a 79. I had a 4" on another that ran 35's well on the road. But to go off road i trimmed enough to run 38's with no rubbing even when twisted up. For the street you rub a little but can run 33's stock. For best results if you want a softer ride do a shackle flip in the rear and get a 4" front with the most leaves you find so that you can take a leaf out to soften the ride.
