Who sends christmas cards?

I used to send out tons of cards to friends, relatives and board family members. Past few years I never really got any back. I know they shouldnt be sent expecting any back, and I guess I really dont. But in days gone by, I remember the kids and I having the cards we received (after sending out a bunch) strung across the living room as decoration, of course stamps were much cheaper back then. Im not huge on the commercialized Christmas "spirit" but I am sending out a few cards again this year, Old habits die hard, lol. Does anyone besides me send them?

We do, we send the "family in pictures" kinda thingy.

My wife and i were going to our first year of marriage, 10 yrs ago, but i quickley talked her out of it explaining that it would have to be done every year after.

I do and I hand them out with the folks I work with. It is something I think I will always do as long as there is a USPS.

not me.. im not a fan of christmas so i dont send any.. my wife sends some out but i try to discourage as many as i can citing cost.

I send out enough to fix the PO budget woes. They may be late but they get out eventually

We usually send out a hundred a year. We get the cards from the Fidelco Guide Dog Foundation a couple miles from us so it supports a good cause.

I am watching my wife address them right nowI like recieving them especially from people I dont see all the time I still go read all the ones at my parents.

We don't send any (pure laziness). 26 years ago when we first got together we used to get tons of cards from friends and family. As the years go by we got less and less, and now we get hardly any ... could be because we don't send any back LOL, or could be because a lot of people just don't do it any more.

Thanks for the replies everyone. Ive got a about dozen ready to mail. I dont know many people like I used to years ago either. Its too bad that the internet has to be such a scary place to post your address, but then if everyone here posted and we all exchanged cards...wow the USPS wouldnt be in a slump. lol

Heck yes I send them out. If you can't let the ones you care about know at Christmas,then when do you? It doesn't matter how you feel about Christmas,it's how you feel about friends and family. Christmas cards are the best decoration of all. They are like "live" decorations,not something you pull out of boxes year after year.

We sned them out to close friends and family that live out of town. Last few years its been a photo of the kiddo

I got a wild hair, and sent a bunch a few years ago. Half came back undeliverable/COA. I guess I should pay attention to where everybody moved to.
