Thumbs up Re: Ac heater box

Here you go.

from the bottom lever the longest goes through the firewall out to the mixture flap and inside to the temp control lever usually on the bottom

the second longest goes from center lever to the flap control in the center section of the ac box that flap also hits the switch thats inside the airbox that turns on the ac compressor

the shortest goes from top lever(which controls defrost and floor heat) to the part of the ac box located right below the ac control to control the defrost.
hope this helps

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

If you look at the face plate and think about it for a few seconds it is pretty obvious where they go. Now this isn't me being smart but just letting you know.

#1. Top lever connects to the bottom down at you feet the one you can see while driving. This is the one that makes the air blow out the bottom are through the defroster vents.

#2. Middle cable is the AC controller cable and heater, it connects on the back side of the box on passenger side. It activates the AC clutch also on the back of the box when AC is selected.

#3. Bottom one goes out to the motor compartment and hooks to the flapper in the cowl to let fresh air in are not.
