Thoughts and Opinions Please

Anyone have any experience with this fuse block? My wiring is good but I'd like to upgrade the fuse block. Let me know and thank you.

I'm no expert by any means, but I don't recognize this fuse block. Who makes it? Can you point to any more details?

I'm most curious about the bus bar on the edge - is it intended to power auxiliary circuits? Are all of those drops fused? So many questions...
