Fuel line HELP!!!

I am installing a new Holley fuel pump, and am a little confused about which line is which. I can see three lines coming from under the cab. I know that one is the vapor line and it runs to the canister, but why are there two coming from what appears to be the outlet of the mechanical fuel pump. Is one just a return line, and if so which one is the return so I can plug it. Also where have you guys mounted your fuel regulators at. I am looking for ideas also.
