What to use on the frame?

What has everyone used to paint/coat their frame? I am going to have it cleaned and blasted? In the past I have just epoxy primed and painted. I have been looking into POR-15, Eastwoods chassis black, powdercoating $$$, and possibly rhino lining with out the texture. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Por 15 and eastwood from what I have read work best over rust properly prepared. Mine was sandblasted and I applied etching primer and Martin Senour catalyzed enamel top coat. Looks like it should be a durable finish.

Re: What to use on the frame?

I am going to have mine galvanized. They dip it in a acid that eats all the rust and grime off first so that is going to save me alot of time. of course don't take one that is to rusty might be surprized when they dip it and only comes up with a couple of bolts left.

BarryB You've got a message!

Thanks for the replies. I understand about the dipping as I have as 1967 Camaro that is going to get dipped. I hope I have something to pick up when it is done.
