stock intake question

guys got a maybe stupid question.

does the intake only have water ports at the front of the intake? one on each side? the reason i am asking is the intake gaskets have cut outs at the rear but no holes in the intake. 350. this is my first intake install so bear the ignorance.

Yes, The intake only has the water passage at the front of the engine. The gasket is made like that because of the symetrical design of the heads. The heads can be used on both sides of the engine, so the gaskets must be able to seal against the unused water passages in the back.
