1985 drop spindles on 1998 truck

Hello I was wondering if it possible to use drop spindles off a 1985 c10 Chevy truck to lower my 1998 c1500? I already have spindles from previous build and would love to use on my 98 if it doesn't require alot of part changing. Hope someone can help me. Thanks

Short answer: No. You could use 99+ spindles with mods including a entirely new brake system.....
