Prolly a lost cause, but thanks.

Love your wheel and tire setup, btw. One of these days when I get around to replacing mine, I will be looking hardcore at C57s

Thanks, man. So far I like them.

I hope you pull out a win. Even if I weren't partial to 2dr Tahoe's, your's would have got my vote this month.

Re: How about some pics of 2WD 2DR Tahoe/Yukons

I kinda dig the gold spoke wheels with the red body, especially on a cookie cutter wheel that's becoming so commonly seen. It stands out in a positive way IMO.

Re: How about some pics of 2WD 2DR Tahoe/Yukons

Anyone know how guys are fitting their front wheels so far under? Not as in tucking under the fender lip, but as in being so much narrower than mine. If I air out to tuck tire, there's no way I can make a turn without rubbing the fender.

The question occurred to be after checking out the Fast & Loud thread in the square section and remarking how much the porterbuilt stuff pulls the wheels narrower. Nate answered that the dropmember narrows the front track and that narrower control arms and offset helps. Makes it so you can drive around that low.

How does one go about accomplishing that on 88-98 trucks/SUVs? I did a quick search and saw choppin block arms and michigan metal works arms. I really miss being able to tuck tire at ride height like I could in my old square.

Re: How about some pics of 2WD 2DR Tahoe/Yukons

They make narrowed control arms for these body style trucks. backspacing has a lot to do with turning low also.

That is one very clean looking hoe! Like the tire/wheel combo you chose.

I like your Tahoe, BMF. The black Centerlines and whiteletter BFG's look good on it.
