I loved the truck, that color isn't something I would use,but it fit that truck.Foose rules,no other way to put it.
I think the 55 parts looked pretty good,And I liked the one piece windshield.Great job!

I liked the truck too. I think the frontend looked sharp. The color sure did work on that truck. Id love to have a truck done by Foose.

Don't get me wrong...the truck looked absolutely great. I just wouldn't change the original look that drastically. But I'd still park it in my garage

I havent seen that episode, but I did see a few pics posted on another thread on this site. It got me to thinking "crazy" lol. I had planned on building the 54 project up to stock specs...even tho I dont have the matching engine/tranny/rear end...get my point. After seeing the truck Foose done I realized..."hey I dont own a custom ride, wonder if I could make one".

Keep in mind my welding and other skills are ok, but need to be improved. So, if I do what I was thinking id use the worser parts and save the better parts. That way if I screw up, no big deal...they were junky parts to start with. But anyway, back to what I was saying about this gave me an idea. What if I did the 55 headlight thing, but also put 55 tail lights. Shave the doors, chop the top. And even add the 55 chrome down the side? Id have to make the bed sides smooth by putting a piece of metal over them. No I dont mean making it a fleetside...but smoothing out the bedsides so the chrome wouldnt have to take so many curves. Only thing I cant think of to do if I do this would be the grill... Its a big area and would be hard to incorperate the 55 bel air's grill style.

That was a nice job!
Knowing where to cut tri-5 belair fender eyebrows so they mold into an advanced design truck fender, tells me Foose may have done this before .
I really like the way it came out.
