Inner cab skin repair

Greetings all, I am trying to figure out how to fix the rusted out inner cab skin on my 68C10. I bought an assembly manual but so far has not been a great help. All the replacement panels I have looked at are just the front 6-8" which is fine since that is what is actually gone. Just want to see if anyone had any experience they could share on how best to do this. Thanks Mark

Re: Inner cab skin repair

I've done it before, but you'd be better off just replacing the entire roof. It's very time consuming. The inner roof panel is spot welded in. It's pretty easy, but it is a lot of work though. I did mine because I wanted to put a headliner in it and the standard cab doesn't have to recessed roof.
