Radio Patch Panel? - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Can someone direct me to where you can get the patch panel to fix the radio hole? Mine is hacked like most of them and I have seen these patches before somewhere? I can't find them in any of my catologes now???? Do you know who carries them? If not does anyone have one?
