Front center caps

I have a 71 bagged and dropped and can’t get the center caps to screw onto the wheel. It feels like it wants to catch bust not quite enough. Going to take to a wheel shop but want to see if I can fix myself.

Re: Front center caps

If that threaded piece is supposed to thread into the center of the wheel. I would say "yikes" the hub hole in the wheel is to small. I don't know what to say that would help.

Re: Front center caps

Ended up looking at rear caps, flip flopping rear caps to front and everything worked. Front needed longer threads. I guess wheel shop could not figure that out.

Re: Front center caps

I'm glad you figured it out. I was scratching my head trying to figure it out but no dice.
