truck bed bolts removal
what would be the easiest way to get off very rusted bed bolts. can you just cut the heads off the bolts underneath and remove the bed?

Re: truck bed bolts removal
you can cut them and get the bed off, But. in order to put it back on you have to get the rest of the bolt out and use new bolts.
If you can get a bigger impact wrench and go to town. When you put the bolt back, make sure to use some anti-seize so if it has to come off some yers down the road it'll be easy.

Re: truck bed bolts removal
gonna be kinda tough, either need a stud extractor, torch, vice grips, or cut them flussh and drill them out and retap.
I'd do everything in my power to take them out in tact.

Re: truck bed bolts removal
Before you try cutting them try getting them real hot then try, it might help to break them loose.
