Thumbs up Re: 1st Project: 71 C10 SWB

Wow amazing project dude, you did pick up on the welding quick, kudo's to you. I bought my 67 not to long ago and just "temporarily" patched the floors ( 2- 4" holes) but I do need to do rockers and cab corners in the next year or so. I am anxious (and terrified) to try my hand at welding myself. Good luck man

Snipes900, Thanks for the kind words! It is not so bad, just have to dive in and do it. You'll do fine! Look forward to seeing your progress!

Here are some renderings of my build that were created by Chad. His forum ID is "Hellaflush3d". He was a super guy to do business with and was very quick. The thread that has some if his other work is:

Re: 1st Project: 71 C10 SWB

Started the engine up for the first time. Link to video below. Ran pretty good. Need to finish up a couple things and then I will start putting the body parts on. Let me know if you think I made the right choice with the 40 series super flowmasters.
