NEED HELP ASAP 1989-1991 Suburban Power Mirrors On 1987 GMC Truck

Hi all, I was seeing if anyone has put the 89 91 Suburban power mirrors on their truck, and how to do it. I want a set for my 1987 GMC truck, mainly because I'm too lazy to keep going out to adjust them LOL. I found a set of burb power mirrors I can get for $25, but trying to see how to install them in place of the standard chrome mirrors. Also what all I'll need to grab off of it to do the conversion. Need to know ASAP before someone else grabs them or it gets crushed. Thanks

The dodge power mirrors are a good option. The Suburban mirrors don't fit quite right https://www.autopartswarehouse.com/s...rror-1990.html

You're better off using the entire doors with the power mirrors. Or, use 88-92 G20 power mirrors-I have those along with NEW mirror harnesses as well.

Whatever you do or dont do, grab that Suburban mirror switch-they're getting hard to find and those are the best switches to use for a factory look regardless of which mirrors you go with.

also the main door glass has a blacked out section . this would not be on reg 89-down older glass .

as said just grab the whole door for now and sell the shell later if you dont use it .

As much as I would like to get the whole doors, I can't; money's kinda tight. I'll be lucky if I can get the mirror assemblies.

Sabaka454, do the Dodge mirrors bolt right on? They look like the same animal to me.

Gmachinz, I like those mirrors; wish I had money for those... I'm reaching, but nothing's there .

The burb that has them I think may be a Choo Choo Customs; not sure. Included a pic I took of it. Mirrors are $25 for set, and cab visor is $35. Not sure on side skirt molding (can't use it on my truck anyways). If I had enough money, the burb would be at my place

$25/set is dirt ass cheap! Knowing you need the wiring and switch too its a steal of a price.
